Are donations tax-deductible?

No, donations to political action committees are not tax-deductible.

Why are there difference PACs to support?

We are required by law to seperate accounts that go to state/local candidates, and those that support federal candidates.

Where does the money go? 

Every dollar raised through the Leadership Fund goes to recruit, train, and support candidates for public leadership.

Are there legal limits or eligibility rules for PAC donations?

Yes. Contribution limits and eligibility rules vary by state and election. In general, PAC donations must come from eligible individuals using personal funds, and they cannot be made in the name of another person.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation for your records, but it will note that the contribution is not tax-deductible.

Can I give to the PAC through my business or donor-advised fund?

In most cases, PAC contributions must be made from personal funds, and donor-advised funds cannot be used for PAC giving. If you are unsure what is allowed in your situation, please check with your advisor or reach out to us.
